The film Black Hawk Down told the story of the failed UN peacekeeping mission in Somalia. The film never bothered to ask why the Somali people were not so thrilled about the "peacekeepers" there to same them. Here's a clue: Belgian UN soldiers swing a young boy above a fire. The soldiers insist they were merely "playing a game." (Those peacekeepers sure know how to have fun, don't they?) The soldiers received no punishment for this.
