Interview with TC Brennan, cont 

TCB: I don't like to discuss this theory, because it seems to suggest 
that the assassination was "justified". If it was justified, then there 
is less reason to investigate it, less reason to pursue it; it was just 
another "assisted suicide". However, since you have persisted with this 
line of questioning, I will. Around mid-1965, I was walking around Port 
Huron, Michigan, while my late father visited one of his friends on the 
St. Clair County Board of Education. I passed by a house where a totally 
harmless looking couple in their seventies were doing a bit of gardening 
in their front yard. The woman called me by name, and invited me in for 
some tea. I was only 16, a bad age to accept "come in" invitations from 
strangers, but they were quite frail, and, in a worst case scenario, I 
could have killed both of them with two kicks. So I went in, even though 
I didn't know them, and couldn't imagine how they knew me. The woman 
said: "We want to talk to you about the assassination of President 
Kennedy. We want you to know how it happened. We know you always wanted 
to know." I didn't. I didn't like to think about, read about, or talk 
about the Kennedy assassination, particularly as it frequently induced 
epileptic seizures. However, that didn't happen this time, and the old m
an and the old woman stared tight-lipped and grim, nodding with 
sympathetic understanding, though I had said nothing. They went on to 
explain that Kennedy had injured his back during a ground-breaking 
ceremony in Canada. He had crippled himself permanently while taking up 
a shovel full of dirt, they said, but that had been with-held from the 
public. "He didn't want to live like that," the old woman said. So, they 
concluded, he arranged his own assassination. A while back, I repeated 
this account to a friend on the phone. My friend replied, with veiled 
but apparent sarcasm: "So that how it happened. I always wanted to 
know." I responded: "No, that doesn't prove how it happened at all. It 
proves someone wanted me to THINK that was how it happened. And if so, 
WHY?!" 

JW: That's all very interesting to me, because I think there IS 
something in it. But I don't think it in any way lessens the atrocity or 
the mystery of the conspiracy, or makes it less of a crime... First off, 
my own approach to the JFK thing has been more of a mythological kind of 
approach, whereby I perceive any number of different "explanations" or 
"theories" co-existing and indeed vying for supremacy, but no single one 
as yet overruling the others. The major error of most investigators I 
think (and this is true of all occult/ufo/conspiracy stuff) is their 
need to stick to THEIR OWN theory, with the result that they have to 
denounce all the rest, with a sort of religious zeal So it all comes 
down to personal ego games, the desire to be RIGHT, and not to find the 
Truth. But I don't see why the various theories can't ALL be true, at 
some level, even at a mundane level (excepting the theory that there WAS 
no conspirary at all, of course, which is just silly, seeing as at the 
very least there's been a conspiracy to engender belief in a 
conspiracy!). 
For example, is it really so far-fetched to suggest that JFK's suicidal 
fantasies (if he had them) might have been INDUCED, by the very same 
mind control techniques we've been talking about? In order to add one 
more layer to the mystery, one more chinese box as it were?
Kennedy MAY have been complicit in his own murder, but then he MAY have 
been manipulated to comply, also... Likewise, every individual shooter, 
including the driver William Greer (who, if he DID take the shot was 
almost certainly an MK ULTRA sleeper-assassin also), would think THEY 
were the sole assassin (at least at the time), and every differrent 
faction, the Mafia, the Masons, the CIA, the Military wing, the Nazis, 
whoever, would think THEY were the real conspirators, the real "movers". 
All the different parties are brought together, unwittingly but with 
perfect precision, to form a single "symphony", as it were, the sole end 
of which is to create a modern psychological SNARE, or "anti-myth", with 
which to confuse, derange, debilitate and deceive the public mind. Well, 
that's my 5 cents worth anyway.
UFO, Occult and Conspiracies, all seem to be designed for this precise 
"derangement" effect. Do you think it's any wonder that so many 
assassination buffs and even serious researchers end up half crazy, or 
dead? 
I know how many crazy ones there are; they've e-mailed ME and threatened 
my life on several occassions (for lying). The dead ones, I'm certain, 
were killed by the CIA. 

I'm also curious about your motives in "confessing" to your involvement 
in this "crime". Do you want it to go to trial, are you actually 
accusing any specific parties, and what exactly would you like to see 
result from your "disclosures"? Have you tried to talk to mainstream 
media, and if so, what has been their response, if any? 

I specifically accuse David Ferrie and Dr. J.H. Earnshaw of kidnapping 
me and forcing me to shoot the President. I will not deliberately seek 
out a role as a witness, but I will not avoid such a role either. I 
think. Mainstream media will not address MK-ULTRA at all, at least not 
in the U.S. 

Presumably because it is backed, if not controlled, by the very same 
forces behind MK-ULTRA? 

Yes, but also because the American people are generally unfamiliar with 
the MK-ULTRA program, even though it has been investigated by Congress, 
complete with damages paid to victims, and a book on it published by the 
American Psychiatric Association. 

It's becoming more and more familiar to us though, through things like 
the X-Files, crummy movies like "Conspiracy Theory," etc. Don't you 
think we are almost ready to be "told", and that the media is building a 
bandwagon out of apparently "fictional elements" for this very purpose? 

I think the CIA is preparing to jettison the MK-ULTRA veterans who 
killed JFK and created AIDS. It will be that program alone, and not the 
entire Agency, which will be held responsible. That program, is, I 
think, effective. 

But to do that they would have to alert the public to the danger they 
are in - namely of covert mind control and germ warfare. How would this 
be to their advantage? 

To understand that, you have to understand the CIA's methods of 
psychological warfare. This is why it is so difficult to explain them to 
someone unfamiliar with them. They like nothing BETTER than to single 
out old trusted CIA loyalists, men that have lived their lives for the 
CIA, men that have killed for the CIA, men that have seen their family 
members killed for the CIA...and topple them, shoot them, send them to 
prison, anything, just to show what they CAN do, to anybody. Likwise, 
they like to take a project where the secrecy is air-tight and 
fool-proof, and blow their OWN cover, just to show they can do it, just 
to show they can sell out their own men and get away with it, because 
the NEW men coming in will support them. The CIA in toto will not take 
the blame; only the MK-ULTRA "renegades". 

Do you perceive any REAL difference between left and right, at the 
highest levels, or is it just more Machiavellian mind games? 

I would prefer not to theorize on this. I would prefer only to present 
evidence on the Kennedy assassination. 

Don't YOU think the motives behind the assassination were more than 
merely political? 

To my knowledge, the prime purpose, the only purpose, was to unleash 
AIDS. 

Care to say a little more? 

My information on the CIA's generation of AIDS comes solely from remarks 
overheard while I was in a drugged trance state. Because I was a 
prisoner, not a conspirator, I was not briefed. My evidence of this is 
slim, but I am convinced that the creation of a disease to attack Africa 
was their intent. 

Why Africa? 

I don't know. Maybe racism. Maybe diamonds. But that's only speculation. 


There's been a steady interest in the so-called "third world" countries 
that seems to derive from more than the simple desire to plunder the 
natural resources. Bill Cooper even suggest (in "Behold a Pale Horse") 
that they have been targeted for "depopularization" in order to prepare 
for a mass migration when the next ice age comes!! What was the reason, 
do you think, that AIDS was created? I mean, is it just simple 
population control, or is there something ELSE at work here? 

A man carrying the AIDS virus is pretty effectively mind-controlled. The 
government can give him what he needs to stay alive. Or it can infect 
him with bacteria that will kill him in a matter of days. A man in that 
position will cooperate. 

Yeah, but if whole portions of the public have been targeted, then 
control seems less the issue than out-and-out genocide. 

Both genocide and mind-control are CIA-style benefits of AIDS. 

It seems to me to have been used as much as anything to spread fear and 
prejudice, and even the "leaks" about germ warfare serve this agenda, 
like "fear of your government is the beginning of wisdom" or something. 
Hitler said that the first step to engineering a fascist takeover was to 
instill the people with total distrust of their government. Ever feel 
like we are just playing in their, or someone's, hands? How does all 
this fit in with the JFK assassination? 

MK-ULTRA knew that to create the virus, JFK had to die. John Kennedy and 
CIA-created AIDS could not have coexisted on the same planet. You could 
have one or the other, not both. 

Would you care to explain this statement? Was killing JFK an actual 
intrinsic part of CREATING the virus or simply a necessary removal of a 
major obstacle? 

The removal of a major obstacle. John Kennedy would have fought the CIA 
creation of AIDS to the death. In fact, he did. 

Could you elaborate on your comments about the manner in which the virus 
was created (you mentioned torture techniques to weaken the immune 
system, etc) 

At some point, I may deal with my memories of the MK-ULTRA accounts of 
Dachau, and the role it played. At this point, the memories are too 
scattered, not viable, not sequential, not coherent. I would, however, 
be grateful if medical researchers could determine if there is some 
possible relationship between Osteopathy and AIDS. Dr. E is or was an 
Osteopath. I don't know if that was a cover or a clue. 

Do you think they came up with a cure at the same time they discovered 
the disease? 

I don't know. Men who are so crazy as to think they can assassinate the 
President, invade Cuba with neo-Nazis, create a virus to depopulate an 
entire continent, then go on a killing spree through the Mafia that just 
helped them, may have created the disease, without the cure. But if we 
understand the process by which they made it, we may be able to trace 
back the steps. 

Do you know anyone who as been cured, or cured themselves? 

No. 

Do you see a positive side to all this? 

Not a thing.
